Alphanetics has also designed and sells a rugged and accurate Above Ground Storage Tank MFL Floor Scanner.
Commercial and Industrial Electronic design and manufacturing experience includes: techniques to make products operate in hostile environments, analog and digital circuit design, power saving techniques, temperature compensation techniques, various kinds of analog and digital signal processing, electrohydraulic controls, non-linear process controls, adaptive controls, and interfacing to various kinds of encoders and sensors.
Embedded system hardware and software design experience includes: hardware ranging from single chip microcontrollers to multiproce
ssor systems; software in Assembly language and most high level languages like C; serial communication with RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, and CAN; TCP/IP Internet connectivity and a wide range of storage devices from EEPROM to rugged disk drives.
Commercial and Industrial Equipment design experience includes: high voltage computer controlled insulation test equipment, water treatment control system connected to Internet, geophone based wireless security system, computer controlled band saw, high rate Chlorine Dioxide generation/control, and data acquisition systems.
Non-Destructive Testing Equipment design experience includes systems using: Conventional and Hybrid Ultrasonic transducers, Flux Leakage sensors, Magnetometers, Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducers (EMATs), and Geophones.
